Parameters > Work Stages
This document enables the entry of Work Stage setting. Work Stages appear in the Work Order Document, as well as '*Process Monitor' and '*Schedule Work Orders', which are accessed from the ribbon of the Work Order document.
Sequence
Numeric values determine the sequence of columns in '*Process Monitor', accessed from the ribbon of the Work Order.
Colour
Selected colours are used in '*Schedule Work Orders', accessed from the ribbon of the Work Order document.
Email Sender
With a tick in the associated Complete column, Email Sender (Credentials) will send an email to the customer acknowledging dispatch.
